Nissan RB Single Stage External Oil Pump Setup

Avoid the inherent oil pump failures seen in high performance Nissan RB engines with a Ross Performance Parts Wet Sump External Oil Pump Kit.

This kit includes the following:

• Nissan RB Harmonic Damper with 12 or 36-2 Tooth Integrated Trigger Disc
  • Integrated 12T & 36T Crank Triggers available off the shelf, please contact us for custom profiles.
  • Trigger profiles cut using micron accurate EDM wire cutting technology to ensure a clean signal for ignition timing
  • Bonded using our proprietary Ross Tuffbond process, incorporating anti-vibration, anti-tear natural rubber
  • Laser etched 360° timing marks
• Nissan RB (Twin Cam) Head Drain Adaptor (306000-16) – Note: Not included for the RB30 (Australia)
• Nissan RB Oil Pump Left Hand Mounting Bracket (306000-18)
• Nissan RB Oil Return Adaptor (Remote Oil Filter Set-up) (306000-25-1)
• Universal Dry Sump Drive Adaptor with 19T HTD Pulley (991000-19HTD)
• 38T HTD Oil Pump Pulley with Pulley Shields (991038)
• 8mm HTD Oil Pump Drive Belt – 576mm x 20mm (993576-8M-20)
• Aviaid Single Stage External Oil Pump – LH Mounting with 1 x 1.5” Pressure (9950110-3800)
• Aluminium Weld In Oil Pick Up (306002-15-01) (Optional)

Note: The External Oil Pump Mounts in the OEM air conditioner location. A/C Must be removed to install this setup.

Ross Performance Parts will deliver to most Australian and International addresses. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide, in writing, accurate address and delivery instructions. If the nominated courier is unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect delivery information being supplied a re-delivery fee may apply. This additional cost will be charged to the purchaser.

Ross Performance Parts only use couriers with Proof of Delivery (PoD) technology. In the event the nominated courier is unable to deliver due to no one being available to sign and physically receive the parcel a re-delivery fee may apply; this additional cost will be charged to the purchaser. All risk will pass to the purchaser if arrangements have been made to circumvent the PoD process.

Enquiries regarding delivery of goods must be directed to the carrier nominated at the time of ordering the goods. To aid tracking parcels, Ross Performance Parts will supply you with the consignment tracking number in your confirmation of dispatch email.
Claims made for damage in transit or lost parcels can only be processed if the insurance option has been selected at the time of purchase of the goods.

Domestic Shipping – Estimated delivery time is 2 – 7 business days from date of dispatch.

International Shipping – Estimated delivery time is 7 – 10 business days from date of dispatch.
